OUR STORY
Founded in 2020 as a side project by Dennis Wiethaus and Aurelio Rami to combine their two solo projects “FragileChild” and “Aura”. After the first EP “The Outbreak” was released, Dennis left the project as a band member and Aurelio decided to make “Virtual Perish” his main project and close “Aura”. Dennis continues to appear as a guest musician. In June 2021, William Warden “Edge Case” from Kotharsis joined 'Virtual Perish' to complement the project as a second vocalist. In 2022, “Penumbra_Child” was added to the lineup to contribute her angelic voice but left the project after the release of the EP “Infernal”.
In 2022, Virtual Perish was signed to Fastball Music, which also helped them get their song “Leprosy of the Soul” and "Euthanise" published in the music magazine “Sonic Seducer”. October 2024 the singer “Iris” from Plextasy joined the project to add her powerful but also gentle voice to the sound. To date, Virtual Perish has put out several releases, including several remixes for artists such as “FragileChild” or “Céleste Noir”. 2025 Virtual Perish parted ways again with the label "Fastball Music" to take the distribution into their own hands again.

Virtual Perish delivers a massive, emotionally charged blend of Metalcore and Deathcore, characterized by crushing rhythmic intensity and dense sonic texture.
Their sound juxtaposes brutal screams and deep growls with hauntingly melodic, clean vocals, creating a dynamic contrast that elevates their aggressive core. Expect complex, heavy riffing and dark, chaotic atmospheres dealing with intense psychological themes.
